In History I see Program Guard: {4E425C09-2305-49D7-A1A9-7B9B71417BF4}.exe is trusted but I don't recognize the file and it seems suspicious.  Please advise.

Hello Jim,

Are you using Avast! AV?

I'm asking because lately Avast creates that sort of executables with random names in different locations - don't ask me why: they said they are "emergency updates"...

In that case the best recourse will also be to exclude AVAST exe folder in the OA >>options>> exclusions for some of the legitimate updates of AVAST in its own folder and prevent OA alerting for each update..
