A strange issue with Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol

Hi, I have been trying to put Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Online Armor on my server running Win2012 r2.

 

It has been running smoothly, except that I realize I cannot connect to the RDP sometimes.

This happens particularly if I restarted the server and leave it untouch (no logon). If I did login, it seems then I can connect.

 

The internet is still there as I am now still able to connect to a guest server host on the Hyper-V.

May I know if there is anything setting I got wrong? Thank you.

Have you checked the firewall settings to see if the port 3389 is open for TCP and UDP?

Sorry for the question, actually it wasn't OA's fault.

 

The reason was after I uninstalled Symantec, it turned on the Windows Firewall automatically, and that blocked the connection,

On setting the rules it has been solved. Thanks for the reply.
