ShadowPuterDude
We are not able to decrypt RSA encrypted files. You can try using http://www.decryptcryptolocker.com/ to try and retrieve your key.

ShadowPuterDude
If Volume Shadow Copy Service is enabled you may be able to recover the original unencrypted files. Please see How to restore files encrypted by CryptoLocker using Shadow Volume Copies from are friends at Bleeping Computer.

ShadowPuterDude
To create a Zip file in Windows: Right-click on the file to be archived. Select "Send To", and then click "Compressed (zipped) Folder". A new compressed file will be created.
