Symantec (who blogged about this) stated clearly there are no droppers for this found as of yet (and given the amount of effort the authors put in this, I'd find it unlikely they would show up anytime soon). This is used in targeted and sophisticated attacks, not using your average computer infection.

 

So I can't tell you what traces it would leave. However, based on what the article says a specific file system is used. This means that an installer would need direct disk access, which is detected by Emsisoft's behavior blocker.
