you can add the file to the EIS whitelist on section Protection -> File Guard -> Manage whitelist. Press the button Manage whitelist and select File on the column Type. Click in the empty section on the column Item. Now click the 3 dots to start the open file dialog. Select the *.dll file and press OK to add the exception to the whitelist.
