Replaced server and unable to use license key

We had a server fail and we had to replace it. We had just installed a new license on the previous server in January. When we try to install that license on the replacement server it says that it is already used.

 

"Mapping limit for this key reached for today. Please try again in 24 hours or enter another license key."

 

How can we resolve this?
