PlurPush Malware Removal

I ran Emsisoft Emergency Kit on a Windows 2008 Server infected with this Malware.   After the scan was completed and having Quarantined infected files, received this message below.  Any help will be appreciated:

The above mentioned files that could not be deleted by the EEK automatically, I removed them from the folder path manually and did a search for the file names in the registry and removed the keys.   Then ran the EEK again after a reboot and seems to come off clean.
