digmor crusher
Giving it a try, so far so good. Kept all my logs, quick scan took 14 seconds.
Fabian Wosar
Quick scan has always been rather fast. Try the new Malware Scan which is the replacement of the old Smart Scan .

gricardo21
in my machie it took 1:35 awesome, the only thing i would like to be back is the panel update where you can see which files are being downloaded, for example thanks to it i manage to see that version 8.1 was downloading so i stopped immediatly. It is true that we can use logs but still i liked that feature you had in previous ver.
GT500
The malware scan took 2:59 for me, which beat Malwarebytes Anti-Malware's scan speed (Threat Scan) of 4:58. Not bad for a dual-engine anti-virus scanner.
Sintharius
Arthur, on my system Malware Scan took 2:17, while Threat Scan took 6:27.

Sintharius
With the new build it's even faster, Malware Scan took around a minute or even less. (I got a scan of 33 seconds, which is pretty fast for a SSHD) It's like a dream

Sintharius
In v10 there is no Full Scan anymore - if you want to do one, perform a Custom Scan with the default settings instead 10 Beta works good, but maybe is time for add new more advanced tools in EAM ?I don't see the point to add any more functionalities into EAM to be honest, it is fine the way it is now. Fabian Wosar
Actually, there is a system behind it: My workstation computers are named after noble gases, like Krypton or Helium. Computers that I only use temporarily or belong to guests are named after transition metals like Titanium. Non-computer devices like smartphones are named after non-metals like Oxygen. All systems and VMs that are used for malware testing are named after radioactive elements like Uranium. Needless to say my WLAN and local workgroup is called "Periodic Table". And yes, I spent a significant amount of time coming up with that system and I am proud of it .

Fabian Wosar
Keep in mind that Windows 10 TP is not officially supported. If it works well on your system, that's fine. But it may break in some way or another.

But it may break in some way or another. I know that but i was just saying that your product is well designed that runs completely well in a beta OS, so far i havent see any relevant problem, just that the internet protection is not able to filter properly websites... but that is not a big deal, for scan stuff is running completely ok
