About Online Armor key

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Product support roadmap...sad.png
If I need to reinstall Online Armor - will my valid license key?
The validity period-until the summer of 2016.
I'm just not sure on the background of the termination of support-will the program my current key?

The blog post about end of support for Online Armor mentions that new activations will only be possible until May 31st, 2015. The way our system works, this more than likely means that license keys that have already been used to activate Online Armor at least once by May 31st, 2015 will continue to work until the end of support date of March 31st, 2016.

I'm going to verify that with our management just to be absolutely certain.

Today I reinstalled OA and activated the key. (no problemsmile.png )

Please specify whether I (suddenly need to reinstall!happy.png ) once you activate the key within the year!

I have been told that after the end of May this year (2015), it will no longer be possible to activate an Online Armor license key at all. This included not only newer licenses keys, but also old ones that have already been used in the past.

Well, thanks.

I want to use OA to the end!smile.png
That is, until the spring of 2016 with subsequent transition to EIS.
That is-a whole year!
But why the developers don't want to allow re-activate my purchased 2 years ago( that is-the key is not new!) license, in case if I have over a year to reinstall OA?
Perhaps this is not quite right?

or that is the principled position of the company?blush.png

The decision was made by company management. They didn't explain the reasoning behind it, just that the licenses will be handled that way.
