Acquire assistance to remove Restore/Recycler virus

I tried following your first intial steps that is to run a scan afterwards running the CC cleaner and then the I SEE U.xp but still have no idea how to remove this restore/recycler virus, i can now see it clearly on my external and in my C drive, saying RECYCLER with a bloody recycle bin next to it and RESTORE on my External,

Can u run me through the correct process to get rid of these viruses? i am a little unknowledgable when it comes to anti virus removals..

Hi Drew, welcome to the forum

Please follow the instruction step-by-step;

Download & install required Utilities and run them in the stated order;

Attach all required log files

Don't forget to manually update a-squared before running Deep Scan and subsequently saving the report

Drew,

Your logs show that you have pirated / patched Software on your system and using keygens for generating illegal product keys; "cracks", etc.

You must remove them and uninstall all illegal Software before posting reports, otherwise you will not be assisted by malware fighter.

Read special clause of the the instruction about that.

After that update a-squared, Deep rescan and reattach fresh log files into this thread.

p.s. in addition prior to rescanning run CCleaner as per instruction. All browser sessions must be closed. The report shows many cookies. The latter never presenting threats and they will be cleaned by the said Tool
