Hello

1- I activated password for commandline scanner but it is not work!! why?

EIS started Quick, Malware and custom scan without password

The setting isn't to password protect the Commandline Scanner (the Commandline Scanner doesn't have password protection), but rather it's a setting to restrict what user accounts on the system are allowed to execute the Commandline Scanner.

There are two ways:

  • Reinstall EIS (making sure that you restart the computer twice in between uninstalling and reinstalling).
  • Start the computer in Safe Mode, and edit a2settings.ini to remove the password.
If you want to try to edit the password, then look for the section titled [Permissions]. Here's what that section looks like when there is no password:
