Malware scan seems incredibly fast

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

It is normal for all Emsisoft v10 products to scan faster than the old v9, as it is one of the main revamps in v10 :) on SSDs taking seconds to finish a scan is pretty normal.

An easy way to test if the scan is working is to save the EICAR test file on your desktop, then run your scan again and see if the file is detected.
