bobbonomo
I just renewed to EIS from OA&EAMI read the instructions for upgrade from EAM to EIS. Uninstall EAM and download EIS and run.Do I also uninstall OA before installing EIS or is there something automatic to catch all.I always like to know the proper way instead of learning by trial and error. digmor crusher
I would say uninstall it, your not using it anymore so why would you want it on your computer.
bobbonomo
It's my guess too but that is trial and error.
Sintharius
Since EIS cannot be installed alongside OA you should remove both EAM and OA before attempting to install EIS

Fabian Wosar
Just to give an official confirmation to what was said by a few of our forum users already: You will have to uninstall OA first before you are able to install EIS. The EIS setup will check if OA is present and refuse to install if OA is still found.
