Elise 277
Hello, my name is Elise and I'll assist you with this issue. First of all, have you tried just reformatting the USB sticks to see if the shortcut reappears afterwards? If so, please right click the shortcut, select Properties and let me know what the target of the shortcut is. Also, it looks like the file that your antivirus quarantined is still there, so in order to know what we're dealing with I'd like you to upload it to VirusTotal. Please visit http://www.virustotal.comand click Choose File. Copy/paste (or navigate to) C:\ProgramData\mspostb.exe in the File Name field and click Open. If asked, select to Rescan the file. Please copy/paste the link to the scan results in your next reply. Finally, please let me know if you have any particular problem with the computer that makes you think it might be further infected.
