import database?

I have eek 10.0.0.5488 on a usb and have eis installed.Is it possible to import the signatures(database)from eis to eek,because updating eek takes a long time?

did you tried copying the files from

 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Emsisoft Internet Security\Signatures"

 

to

 

"C:\EEK\bin\Signatures"

Hello brihy1,

 

yes this task should work without problems. Before you have to disable the EIS self protection (Settings/General) and shutdown the EIS guard (right click the EIS guard icon and select Shut down protection).
