Why TruStealth Analysis is Failed?

Ping Reply: RECEIVED (FAILED) — Your system REPLIED to our Ping (ICMP Echo) requests, making it visible on the Internet. Most personal firewalls can be configured to block, drop, and ignore such ping requests in order to better hide systems from hackers. This is highly recommended since "Ping" is among the oldest and most common methods used to locate systems prior to further exploitation.

For this Ping Reply: RECEIVED (FAILED) if you have router with NAT enter in router and make firewall from Medium to High mode for the protection. Then scan and see pass test.

NOTE: EIS is excellent in protection settings.

You have to be careful if you are behind a router.   You may just be testing that.

Exactly. I always get a perfect score at those test sites because I have a router with NAT that happens to pass the tests with flying colors. Here's a screenshot of my test results (note that I have absolutely no firewall installed on this computer at the moment, and Windows Firewall is disabled):

Actually when I want to test a software firewall, I do it on my Thinkpad, and connect with my Verizon hot spot.  No router involved.  EIS does fine.

Yes, any sort of direct connection should work fine for testing the firewall. Just be sure to configure it as a public network. ;)
