GT500 501 Report post Posted November 10, 2015 Have you tried the version 11 beta yet? A lot of issues like this were fixed in version 11, and if you would like to try it then here's what to do: Open Emsisoft Internet Security. Click on Settings in the menu at the top. Click on Updates in the menu at the top. On the left, under Update Settings, select the option for Enable beta updates. Click on the Update now button on the right side. GT500 501 Report post Posted November 19, 2015 Unfortunately I don't have any way to know that (no debug information was collected). Do you have Emsisoft Internet Security version 11 installed? When you open Emsisoft Internet Security you can click on 'About' in the gray box in the lower-right corner to see the version number. If you want the version number to be displayed on the Overview screen when you open Emsisoft Internet Security, you can do the following: 1. Open Emsisoft Internet Security. 2. In the gray box that says 'License', hold your mouse over where it says "Renew for free!". 3. A little 'X' will appear to the right of where it says "Renew for free!". 4. Click on the little 'X', and the version number will be shown instead.
