Frank H Posted April 18, 2016 Report Share Posted April 18, 2016 Hi, There is a known issue where the database isn't correctly migrated from older v 2 EEC releases. This might have caused your issue. Deletion of the DB will resolve the issue as a new DB will be created. Pls let me know if EEC still is connected with your clients, if not I can send you a fix for that.
