should I use Emsisoft anti-malware as antivirus program also ?

I am wondering if I can use only Emsisoft as anti-malware and anti-virus program.

Or I need to run ESET and Emsisoft together on the same machine ?

EAM is an Antivirus and Behavior BLocker all in one.  You don't need ESET, and actually it could cause conflicts.
