Cannot register product after rebuild

Hi All,

 

As the title says, I cannot register my product after rebuilding Windows 10. I had some issues with it (Windows 10) and so had to rebuild it the other day. All of my other AV products have reinstalled fine and I have EIS running on a temporary trial basis. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I have e-mailed the support team but have not yet heard anything back.
