Kevin Zoll 309
Do the following: Download AdwCleaner and save it on your desktop. Close all open programs and Internet browsers (you may want to print our or write down these instructions first). Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool. Click on the Scan button. After the scan has finished, click on the Clean button. Confirm each time with OK. You will be prompted to restart your computer. A text file will open in Notepad after the restart (this is the log of what was removed), which you can save on your desktop. Attach that log file to your reply by clicking the More Reply Options button to the lower-right of where you type in your reply.NOTE: If you lose that log file for any reason, you can find it at C:\AdwCleaner on your computer. Download Junkware Removal Tool and save it on your desktop.Run the tool by double-clicking it. The tool will open and start scanning your system. Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications. On completion, a log is saved to your desktop and will automatically open. Attach the JRT log file to a reply by clicking the More Reply Options button to the lower-right of where you type in your reply. Copy the below code to Notepad; Save As fixlist.txt to your Desktop.HKLM-x32\...\Run: [] => [X] HKU\S-1-5-21-3531765896-1294931747-1951491521-1001\...\Run: [osmsg] => C:\ProgramData\WindowsMsg\osmsg.exe [2036224 2016-02-09] () HKU\S-1-5-21-3531765896-1294931747-1951491521-1001\...\Run: [Pritc] => C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\is-L4OR6.tmp\print.exe <===== ATTENTION SearchScopes: HKU\S-1-5-21-3531765896-1294931747-1951491521-1001 -> DefaultScope {0633EE93-D776-472f-A0FF-E1416B8B2E3A} URL = SearchScopes: HKU\S-1-5-21-3531765896-1294931747-1951491521-1001 -> {0633EE93-D776-472f-A0FF-E1416B8B2E3A} URL = R2 PrivoxyService; C:\Program Files (x86)\Safesoft Protector\privoxy.exe [371200 2016-03-17] (The Privoxy team - www.privoxy.org) [File not signed] <==== ATTENTION S2 gerocyni; C:\Program Files (x86)\00000011-1458260729-0000-0000-BCEE7BB62801\jnsb3A85.tmp [X] S2 Util Primary Color; "C:\Program Files (x86)\Primary Color\bin\utilPrimaryColor.exe" [X] S2 wucotusy; C:\Program Files (x86)\00000011-1458260729-0000-0000-BCEE7BB62801\hnsqA988.tmp [X] S2 xefyrycuzbt; C:\Program Files (x86)\00000011-1458260729-0000-0000-BCEE7BB62801\knskE962.tmpfs [X] R1 {594b7dcd-724a-4f09-ae90-74d1b77bc484}Gw64; C:\Windows\System32\drivers\{594b7dcd-724a-4f09-ae90-74d1b77bc484}Gw64.sys [48456 2016-03-17] (StdLib) S1 MPCKpt; system32\DRIVERS\MPCKpt.sys [X] 2016-03-17 20:37 - 2016-03-17 20:37 - 00000000 ____D C:\ProgramData\28341ff220e0446c9fff27c4493d622e 2016-03-17 19:48 - 2016-03-17 18:25 - 00048456 _____ (StdLib) C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\{594b7dcd-724a-4f09-ae90-74d1b77bc484}Gw64.sys 2016-03-17 19:45 - 2016-03-17 19:45 - 00003622 _____ C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tasks\ProfessionalCleaningSoftware_Popup 2016-03-17 19:45 - 2016-03-17 19:45 - 00003400 _____ C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tasks\ProfessionalCleaningSoftware_Start 2016-03-17 19:44 - 2016-03-17 19:52 - 00000000 ____D C:\Users\Mysti\Documents\ProfessionalCleaningSoftware 2016-03-17 18:33 - 2016-03-17 18:33 - 00000000 ____D C:\ProgramData\adf7dcc5-5495-0 2016-03-17 18:33 - 2016-03-17 18:33 - 00000000 ____D C:\ProgramData\adf7dcc5-38c3-1 2016-03-17 18:31 - 2016-03-18 12:43 - 00000000 ____D C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\00000011-1458239483-0000-0000-BCEE7BB62801 C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\B1FreeArchiver_1.7.120.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\compete.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\fsd9500.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\hib2B69.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\hib6C6A.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\hibFFD5.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\io4.exe C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\tu17p84.exe Task: {1B3F0547-8A69-4B03-9523-F8C1239CC407} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\gwx\refreshgwxconfigandcontent -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {2DCE4189-C9CA-4398-811D-DE7246834017} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\Time-5d -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {331B3E20-008C-4865-BBF8-EE53B984FC6D} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\gwx\launchtrayprocess -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {384FDABA-8CF6-4114-9558-E23E4C43E314} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\Logon-5d -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {4DA1C686-E83C-4D79-B25C-A4CE81CA6428} - System32\Tasks\Pritc => C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\Temp\is-L4OR6.tmp\print.exe <==== ATTENTION Task: {5DE10887-57BF-412B-8911-8F0B67A6F497} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\OutOfIdle-5d -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {7918BE0F-1156-497B-B52F-6E1E712273A4} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\refreshgwxconfig-B -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {993EC304-9016-4C85-B7D7-0C324DD954B2} - System32\Tasks\PFExe => C:\Users\Mysti\AppData\Local\PriceFountain\pricefountain.exe <==== ATTENTION Task: {CB6AA1B5-9BB0-4778-A739-A1A4960FC85C} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\Telemetry-4xd -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {E4FBDBE4-8665-4C8A-9349-86CA5395E731} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\gwx\refreshgwxconfig -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {ED3CE491-E3A2-4BFC-9735-7063E4B64CB5} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\MachineUnlock-5d -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {EEAF8467-CF37-400D-9FDB-3B293BFFDC8A} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\gwx\refreshgwxcontent -> No File <==== ATTENTION Task: {FB8767FA-AF5C-45CA-A38C-FA87D9C694EA} - \Microsoft\Windows\Setup\GWXTriggers\OutOfSleep-5d -> No File <==== ATTENTION Hosts:Close Notepad.NOTE: It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. Kevin Zoll 309
Your main FRST log shows that you have both AVAST and Kaspersky. You only need 1 of those. Copy the below code to Notepad; Save As fixlist.txt to your Desktop. Reg: reg delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\CONTROL\CLASS\{0014298C-A9BA-440D-AAA8-AD12C7010EE5}" /f Reg: reg delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\CONTROL\CLASS\{181A06EA-B82C-47DE-B851-E20FD0E1CC7D}" /fClose Notepad.NOTE: It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.
