App Lock bug

My smartphone is Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android 5.0.1.

Every time new app is installed I can choose whether or not to lock it.

After selecting a "Never" option, error popup shows up.

 

I've already sent few internal reports.

Would it be possible to get a screenshot showing such an error message?

 

If not could you please let me know the exact error message?

In case "Lock" (Screenshot 1) is selected, EMS successfully locks the application.

But click on "Never" (Screenshot 1) causes "Emsisoft Mobile Security Error" message with Report and OK buttons (Screenshot 2).

Thank you for your feedback.

 

Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce the reported problem so far, as you also mentioned it seems like it is random behavior and difficult to track down.

 

As for this specific app you linked, have you activated App Lock for the app in the past and disabled it again afterwards? Or is it that you never activated App Lock for this app?

 

I'll install this one on different devices and try to get the bug to appear.

No, this app was never locked before.

I lock only those that are potential security holes in case my smartphone gets stolen.

Those are: EMS, Google Play and Settings.
