Hi joaniejoe,

Welcome to the forum

Please be more specific and briefly describe the problem.

Can you download / install required Tools in the 1st place?

Were you not able to run them in the required order?

My regards

HiJackFree is the last one in a sequence to run

What about all other preliminary steps.

Please follow the instruction precisely step-by-step

How do I attach the win32 file to send to u it won't let me copy ...

Please do not feel like you said ... but why would you want to "post" any particular file here?

Only the required log files (the text files) after running Utilities should be attached.

Those Utilities are producing reports - that's what has to be attached to your post

What do you mean?

The 3rd paragraph of the instruction at the very beginning says: "attach your logs"

As soon as you press <<Add Reply>> button, you have <<Attach>> button below

files that started with the word win...but I did not see a file for win32diag

That is not necessarily clear what you are asking for, but can you please attach a2 Deep Scan.

Do you need to run win32diag?

There is a description of circumstances in the instruction that's stating when you should run win32diag.

When the malware fighter will see the Deep Scan result you will be advised

Where you able to run ISeeYouXP and HiJackFree after saving a2 report or those two Utilities failed to run?

My regards

It gives instructions on how to turn off users account with vista...but not windows xp

UAC (User Account Control) items of the instruction are applicable to Vista users only.

You have to skip them if you you are using XP.

There are 3 logs that are required: a-squared Free/Anti-Malware, ISeeYouXP, and HiJackFree. Win32kDiag is not required unless your a-squared log shows the infection family that would make running Win32kDiag necessary.

The instructions are written as uncomplicated as possible and still communicate what needs to be done with sufficient enough clarity to accomplish all the required steps in the instructions.

Once you have completed all the required steps, and attached all the required logs. I will be able to formulate a removal procedure for your unique case.
