CryptoBlocker is 2 years old, and I haven't heard of any recent infections. May I ask what caused you to believe it was CryptoBlocker?

What are the file names of the ransom messages? Did the ransomware change the names of the files it encrypted, or add a new extension? Did it change the desktop background, and if so can you find the image it used?

Feel free to upload the ransom message to VirusTotal and post a link to the analysis so that I can take a look at it.
