EIS: Block all traffic to Google for one Windows 10 App?

Remember The Milk has recently released a "native" Windows 10 App: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/ This is actually a web app in Electron (based on Chromium, created by Google): http://electron.atom.io/

 

I don't want Google to know anything I do in Remember The Milk.

 

How can I use Emsisoft Internet Security to block all traffic to Google for this particular App?

 

(it seems like I can only block IP addresses in a custom rule for an App?)

Correct. You would need to know what IP ranges Google owns, and then block the entire ranges to ensure that no communication between the app and Google was possible. This article may help with finding that information.
