PC reset
When a malicious website is blocked you see a pop-up. Standard the website will be blocked, but you have two option to choose from. Should it not be made more difficult to click on the option "Do not block this". Maybe see a option Always block this and a slide option like "More options". When pressing "More options" you see the "Do not Block this" option as well. Frank H
Hi PC reset, let me explain the 2 options: Do not block this -> the blocked host will not be blocked anymore (a custom rule will be added) Always block this -> the blocked host will be blocked silently (a custom rue will be added) These are the 2 most used options which you can access with 1 click, instead of moving around in an options menu. cheers
PC reset
But there now exists a chance that a customer clicks accidentally on "Do not block this". Right? Should this not be better avoided? A customer who does not know what it means might make the wrong choice. The explanation of the button functions is clear. But there now exists a chance that a customer clicks accidentally on "Do not block this" . Right? Should this not be better avoided? A customer who does not know what it means this might go wrong . Frank H
That is a matter of educating your users. The same is valid for Behavior Blocker detections: When the detected malicious behavior and related program are unknown in Emsisoft Anti-Malware Network, you users will get an alert. You could also set all Surfprotection settings to 'Block silently'. In that case, your users will never see Surfprotection notifications.
