My 2-year license was just deactivated!

I have about a year left on my 2-year license and mysteriously, shortly after an update, I was notified that my license had expired.  I have my Cleverbridge receipt. 

 

I have contacted SUPPORT and am awaiting a reply and apology.

 

What is going on?

 

NOT a happy camper!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you encountered troubles with our security software, under normal circumstances this shouldn't happen at all of course.

 

Indeed the first recommendation would have been to re-enter your license key and find out if this fixes the problem. Thank you for your help PC reset!

 

Louisaz I've found your support request and it seems like my colleague David already assisted you and the problem is fixed already.

 

I hope this is the case, please let us know if we can help any further.

Hello,

 

this happens now every 2-3 days after restart, sometimes even after a background update. The License code is always reset to an expired demo code.

I have to reenter my own license code to activate the product again. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?
