Hi Alexander,

 

I am not able to reproduce your problem. Could you please tell me which is your default browser? Could you please try to reset your default browser and check again?

Please open internet explorer, at top right you can see a gear, click it and select "Internet options". A new page will be opened, go in "Programs" settings, click then on "Make default" button.

 

Close your Internet Explorer and try again please.

It worked now after the Patchday October 2016 Reloaded. You can marked this thread as Fixed now please

The two things was only for the Info from me please that after the Windowsupdate Patch and after the EAM Updatefile are worked now
