Siketa 67 Report post Posted October 28, 2016 My EAM was updating to the latest stable released today. I received a notification popup (GUI was closed) but when I pressed Restart button nothing happened. EAM did not restart...even after few minutes. I had to manually restart PC in order to finish the update. Logs.zip

Frank H 84 Report post Posted October 31, 2016 Hi Siketa, As soon as EAM doesn't start again, please provide us with a memory dump of a2service.exe Thanks
Siketa 67 Report post Posted October 31, 2016 OK...is it right click on process in Task Manager and execute "Create Dump File" after restart?
Frank H 84 Report post Posted October 31, 2016 you could try that, but you have to disable selfprotection in EAM.. you have to create the dump BEFORE any restart. thanks
Siketa 67 Report post Posted October 31, 2016 Ahhh...ok....thanks for the instructions....
Siketa 67 Report post Posted November 3, 2016 OK.....it happened just few minutes ago....I'm still in that Windows session. I can not create dump file cause I get an error window with "The operation could not be completed. The system cannot find the path specified." message. Also, in Paint I can not save the screenshot that I made. WSC is reporting EAM is turned off.

Siketa 67 Report post Posted February 24, 2017 Happened again few minutes ago while EAM was updating to the latest beta 2017.2.0.720. After manual restart my PC won't boot anymore. It just shows black screen with mouse pointer. Safe mode works but normal mode does not. EDIT: In Safe mode, I have disabled Emsi service and startup and now I can login in Normal mode, as usual...but EAM is currently down.
