Is it talking about the first scan in a Windows session or the subsequent scans in the same Windows session? I ask because my first scan in this session with new beta took just as long as it did in the previous beta. (not solid state disk) Link to post Share on other sites

In fact, this improvement will not be seen in "normal" scans where there are no detections or objects are few. If you scan large packs of malware you will notice the difference.
