If I remember correctly, pressing the link button in it took me to http://blog.emsisoft.com/ instead of http://changeblog.emsisoft.com/ page. Can someone confirm? I was told that stable updates are supposed to link to blog.emsisoft.com so it's possible that someone simply overlooked the blog post for this stable update.
