I have two entries for invisible.vbs in quarantine. One dated today 29-Mar-2017, which I did following EIS recommendation. There I found another entry dated 29-Nov-2016, of which I have no recollection. Since, I have not been affected in anyway between Nov 2016 and Mar 2017, I guess it is alright to quarantine the file and leave it there as per EIS recommendation. If there is a change in EIS outlook on the file, they will themselves unquarantine the file.

If we deem the file to be safe, then EIS will offer to restore it from the Quarantine (note that this action is not taken automatically).
