My PC is infected with RSA -1024 with this message....

I badly needed help.

All your documents, photos, databases and other important personal files
were encrypted using strong RSA-1024 algorithm with a unique key.

Hi handtrix,

Sorry about the delay, looks like you got missed.

You can download the Nemucod decrypter. To use it you will need an encrypted and unencrypted version of the same file which you can then drag onto the decrypter. The usual approach is to try to find an un-encrypted file - in a backup, or on your phone, or something you emailed to a friend that could be sent back to you or something you know you downloaded from somewhere else that you could try to get again (clearly it would need to be precisely the same file again).
