EEC GUI not responding

EEC Version: 2017.5.0.3046 

Windows Server 2012 R2

The EEC console has stopped responding when I try to login. The console shows "Connected" for the localhost, but if I enter a password (correct or incorrect password) it goes unresponsive. I have rebooted the server several times and the problem is still there.

I edited the configuration database (a2econfig.db3) and turned off the debug logging and then restarted the server. I am now able to login to the console GUI. I would still like an explanation on why this happened.

Hi keenlogic,

We are aware that we do have couple of performance issues and we're trying to fix them as soon as we can. It would be great though if you could help us into this direction, and send us the logs so that we can investigate them. Can you please send me the logs database (C:\ProgramData\Emsisoft Enterprise Console\Db\a2eLogs.db3) via a PM, so that I can fwd it to the dev team?
