Where is the new scan setting "Scan in email data files"?

"Scan in email data files" is said to be a new setting in EIS 2017.5, but I cannot find it.  I have looked in "Settings", and in "Scan > Scanner Settings", but I don't see it.  Is this an option that can be turned on or off, and if so, how to do it?

The option is only available when doing a Custom Scan. Note that if you delete something that was detected in an e-mail data archive, it will delete the entire archive (including all of the mail it contains).
