Exactly, a license key (= activation code) for Emsisoft Mobile Security acts as a voucher and can only be entered one single time. Under "My Devices" at the online portal for Emsisoft Mobile Security the entry for the old device needs to be removed in order to make your license work on the newer device: https://central.emsisoft.com/ If we can assist any further please just let us know.
