Emsisoft Emergency Kit

After Scanning when I click Quarantine selected button then, the below message was shown.

The following objects were not removed for your own security.

C:\ProgramData\best buy pc app
C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\best buy pc app
Value: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4126762266-1176431996-1466956684-1001\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN -> BEST BUY PC APP

Removing these items bears an unusually high risk of crashing your operating system during automatic cleaning, as these threats are embedded deeply.

Now what should I do?Please help me.

It might be useful to upload the files concerned to VirusTotal, to see if lots of anti-virus/anti-malware apps think they are dangerous, of if it's just a False Positive.  If the files are actually safe then there's no need to quarantine them, just wait for the scanner's rules to be changed to say they're safe.  On the other hand if they are indeed dangerous the advice  stapp  gave you is definitely what you want to do next.

Also, did you yourself install something called 'best buy pc'?  Do you know what it is, and do you trust it?

From the folder names and registry value name, I'd assume it's probably a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). I'll ask our malware analysts, and see what they say about it.
