nemucode file database recovery unsuccessful

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am new to this forum, my friend's pc get attacked by malware, most of files at local disk and server share drive(they use map networking hard drive to access server share files) are encrypted, there is an decrypt file on the desktop, when i open it, it shows these messages

All your documents, photos, databases and other important personal files were encrypted
using a combination of strong RSA-2048 and AES-128 algorithms.

The only way to restore your files is to buy decryptor. Please, follow these steps:

  1. Create your Bitcoin wallet here:
    https://blockchain.info/wallet/new
  2. Buy 0.11329 bitcoins here:
    https://localbitcoins.com/buy_bitcoins
  3. Send 0.11329 bitcoins to this address:

  4. Open one of the following links in your browser:
  5. Download and run decryptor to restore your files.

You can find this instruction in "DECRYPT" file on your desktop.

I disconnect network for this pc, use nemucodAES decrypter to scan and fix local disk files, it works, but i terminate this process earlier, because most of important files at networking hard drive, not at local disk. then i connect network for this pc, nemucodAES decrypter run more hours, then shows this error message

emucode file database recovery unsuccessful

the decrypter was unable to recover the nemucod file database on your system. therefore, decryption is unfortunately not possible. we instead suggest to restore your files from your latest backup

unfortunately , we can't find server backup

any suggestions ?
