Got hit on Aug 25th.  Fortunately had backups from a couple months ago.   I contacted them and this is what they sent (see below):

I made an agreement that I would send them money and they would send the decryptor.   He said to send the money and I would get the decryptor asap.  I sent money and never got anything.  Does not reply to emails.



We can decrypt your data, here is price:
- 1 Bitcoins in 72 hours without any stupid questions and test decryption.
- 2 Bitcoins if you need more than 72 hours to pay us, but less than 100 hours.
- 3 Bitcoins if you need more than 100 hours to pay us. Pay us and send payment's screenshot in attachment.
In this way after you pay we will send you decryptor tool with instructions.
If you don't believe in our service and you want to see a proof, you can ask about test decryption.
About test decryption:You have to send us 1 crypted file.
Use dropfile . to and Win-Rar to send file for test decryptions.
File have to be less than 10 MB.
We will decrypt and send you your decrypted files back.
Answer us with your decision.
Do not rename encrypted files.
Do not try to decrypt your data using third party software, it may cause permanent data loss.

Unfortunately not all ransomware creators will make good on their promise to send you a decryption tool when you pay them. Some of them even make unfortunate (or perhaps even deliberate) mistakes in their ransomware that make it impossible for them to determine who paid them, and since they don't know who has paid and who hasn't they don't know who they should send decryption tools to.

This is one reason why paying the ransom is often not recommended by experts, because sometimes you can't know for certain whether or not doing so will get you your files back.
