I contacted them and this is what they sent (see below): I made an agreement that I would send them money and they would send the decryptor. He said to send the money and I would get the decryptor asap. I sent money and never got anything. Does not reply to emails. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING... SCAMMERS!!! Hello! GT500 Posted September 15, 2017 Report Share Posted September 15, 2017 Unfortunately not all ransomware creators will make good on their promise to send you a decryption tool when you pay them. Some of them even make unfortunate (or perhaps even deliberate) mistakes in their ransomware that make it impossible for them to determine who paid them, and since they don't know who has paid and who hasn't they don't know who they should send decryption tools to. This is one reason why paying the ransom is often not recommended by experts, because sometimes you can't know for certain whether or not doing so will get you your files back.
