pereh
Hello, for about 2 or 3 days now, I see that shutting down my PC takes much more time than before. After enabling system messages on shutdown, Windows shows that the service mentioned above takes about 20 to 30 seconds to shut down. All other shutdown actions are running normal. Are there any known problems? Best Regards, Peter.

pereh
Yes, indeed. Sorry, I missed this message in event viewer. According to the log, this message occured on 02.08.2018, 14:15 for the first time. Last normal shutdown before that was 01.08.2018, 23:35. There have been several updates of Emsisoft in between. System: Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.
JeremyNicoll
I'm seeing the same thing on Win 8.1 (64 bit).
GT500
This should be fixed soon.
GT500
We believe this is fixed in the latest beta:https://blog.emsisoft.com/en/31776/emsisoft-anti-malware-2018-7-beta-4/ If you'd like to try it and confirm the fix, then here's what to do: Open Emsisoft Anti-Malware. Click on Settings in the menu at the top. Click on Updates in the menu that appeared right below the one at the top. On the left, in the Updates section, look for Update feed. Click on the box to the right of where it says Update feed, and select Beta from the list. Right-click on the little Emsisoft icon in the lower-right corner of the screen (the the left of the clock). Select Update now from the list.
