JeremyNicoll
You say "the" exclusion, but your screenshot shows you added it to the first of EAM's exclusions lists - which is for scanning & file-guard issues - ie where the contents of the file may be a problem. But if EAM is having a problem because of what the program in the file does, it should probably be in the second (monitoring) exclusions list. Or both. GT500
CheatHappens trainers run code from a folder in your profile folder. Adding an exclusion such as the following should resolve any further issues with their trainers: %USERPROFILE%\Cheathappens\Work\Runtime\~CheathappensTrainer*.tmp The easiest way to add this exclusion is to add some random file or folder, then click on it in the list to edit it, highlight the entire entry you wish to replace, and then paste the above into the exclusion. Simply clicking outside of the list of exclusions will apply the changes. Note that you will need to add the exclusion for both scanning and monitoring, as not only will the Behavior Blocker flag them for potentially malicious activity, but the File Guard will detect some of them as malicious based on heuristic detection rules.
