i have searched and not found anything on this. I have a particular PC that throws these two PUP's each night during scan. I have done full scans manually and these don't pop. should I be concerned? or can someone point me in how I stop this from happening?

It's what we call a "Potentially Unwanted Program" (PUP). The name "Application.AdInstall" is a generic detection name used for any software that can display advertisements. These types of threats are classified as "no risk" as they are not actually dangerous.

As for what it is, it looks like it may be part of the Yahoo! Toolbar:

If you have the Yahoo! Toolbar (or any other Yahoo! software) installed, then you can try uninstalling it and see if that helps.
