HJF won't run + HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\appid\main.dll

Recommended Posts

See attached logs. A Squared reported a dll "medium risk" that can't be deleted by a squared. HJF won't run (or I'm not savvy enough to know how it works) and it bogs down when I try to run HJF online analysis tool. ALSO, SpyBot separately identified a file as a problem but couldn't fix, quarantine or delete it, as listed below:

Copy the contents of the below quote box to Notepad; Save As FixReg.reg to your Desktop; make sure File Type: is set to All Files (*.*).

Close Notepad.

Locate FixReg.reg on your Desktop. Double-click on it and answer 'Yes' when asked if you want to merge with the registry.
