Michael Gillespie has updated his STOP ransoware decrypter to support this ransomware, however please note that it will only work if the ransomware was unable to contact its Command and Control servers when it encrypted your files.

my laptop all drives with external drive infected by .tfude and all type of my files locked ( jpg, mp3, mp4, documents and including .exe files). after this problem format operating drive and install new OS block this ransomware but my files still lock if any solution please advice me.

This is more than likely the "Djvu" variant of the STOP ransomware:

In theory it should be possible to decrypt your files, however please note that this will only work if the ransomware was unable to contact its Command and Control servers when it encrypted your files. More information is available at the following links:
