That's GandCrab. More than likely one of the 5.x versions. Hopefully it's one that's older than 5.2, because BitDefender has a decrypter that supports everything up to 5.1:

A video would more than likely be too large. If you hover your mouse pointer over a file for a few seconds, Windows will tell you what size the file is.

It should also show you the size of a file in File Explorer in the lower-left if you click on the file to select it first. Here's an example of that:
