All my files ends in .promorad extension.

I recommend uploading a copy of the ransom note along with an encrypted file to ID Ransomware so that you can verify which ransomware you are dealing with:

Likely STOP Djvu, which is not currently decryptable unless you were encrypted by an offline key (in which case ID Ransomware or the STOPDecrypter will tell you so). Please see the first page instructions and FAQ regarding this ransomware on BleepingComputer.
