License not showing in user Account.

In my user account, it fails to show my license for Online Armor ++. It was upgraded on 8/10/09 for three computers. There were at that time 730 days left. Also, under "about" in the program, it indicates that there are presently 235 days left. That seems about right. At the same time, another license for a single computer of Online Armor standard is expiring under another license. I have received several notices it was expiring. I intend to allow it to expire. I will renew the one for Online Armor ++ in a few months. My concern is, although it was originally listed at Tallemu, it is not now listed at Emsisoft. Why is this; and how can I go about rectifying this?

Hi Lucent.

Can you check if the "Reset Installation" tab in your user account lists your OA++ license?
