stapp
It is recommended to upload a copy of the ransom note along with an encrypted file to ID Ransomware so that you can verify which ransomware you are dealing with to this site here:https://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com/ You can paste a link to the results into a reply so that one of our experts can review them. Amigo-A
If this happened to your files, then you probably badly protected your PC and / or used software with Trojan programs that caused infection and encryption. Only one volunteer specialist Demonslay335 decrypts the files. He found a way to decrypt files encrypted with offline keys in some cases. You have received the result of the files analysis. He also collects them in this forum.

GT500
I'm not seeing anyone's ID's here, so I can't tell you if STOPDecrypter can recover your files or not, however if it can't recover your files then note that it can still be used to get information that may be able to help the creator of STOPDecrypter figure out your decryption key. Here's a link to instructions on how to get this information with STOPDecrypter:https://kb.gt500.org/stopdecrypter
