few weeks ago, a couple of my data files was encrypted by a ransomware named .norvas.momioq 

i succeed to clean up my storage volume but unfortunately i failed to decrypt files with STOPDecrypt utility.

Probably, you have double encryption. The extension .norvas is the result of the STOP Ransomware attack. 

In some cases, files with this extension can be decrypted.

But your files received the second .momioq extension from another encryptor. Need to known this out too.

Look for another note from the ransomware. This be helps us to find out who was the second.

What Amigo-A means is that two different ransomware may have encrypted your files, and we will need to know what each of them are before we can give you any advise.
