GT500 873
I tend to recommend the StackExchange network of sites for general tech help (Experts Exchange at least used to hook people with partial "answers" to questions and then require them to pay to see more), although for malware/ransomware help something like BleepingComputer or our forums are usually better places to ask. As for the ransomware that infected your computer, I recommend uploading a copy of the ransom note along with an encrypted file to ID Ransomware so that you can verify which ransomware you are dealing with:https://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com/ You can paste a link to the results into a reply if you would like for me to review them.
